CUI Dominates Biola 7-0 Behind Balanced Offensive Attack

LA MIRADA, Calif. — CUI dismantled Biola 7-0 on Wednesday, delivering a decisive regional statement in NCAA Division II play. The Golden Eagles' balanced attack overwhelmed the Eagles across 90 minutes, with seven different goal-scoring sequences showcasing offensive depth that proved insurmountable for the home side.

Jonathan Moreno opened scoring in the 13th minute, assisted by Angel Reyes, giving CUI an early advantage. Angel Reyes doubled the lead at 22:48, benefiting from service by Jad Othman and Domenyk Jara. The first-half onslaught continued when Jordan Toy extended the margin to 3-0 in the 41st minute with help from Reyes and Moreno, before Kevin Sanchez added a fourth goal at 43:58, assisted by Moreno.

CUI's second-half dominance proved even more emphatic. Miguel Arroyo scored in the 46th minute off assists from Othman and Bryan Maldonado. Dylan Graham added the sixth goal at 69:41, with Kevin Sanchez providing the assist. Brandon Schalliol capped the rout with a seventh goal at 81:18, assisted by Victor Mos Romera.

The Golden Eagles controlled possession throughout, registering 11 shots on goal compared to Biola's two.
