OOLOGAH, Okla. — Rogers State overwhelmed Southern Nazarene 4-0 on Wednesday, delivering a commanding performance that showcased the Hillcats' regional tournament credentials. The home side controlled the second half, scoring three goals after halftime to secure a decisive victory before a sparse midweek crowd.

The match remained scoreless through the opening 45 minutes despite Rogers State's territorial advantage. Southern Nazarene, struggling with a two-game losing streak, managed limited offensive opportunities against a disciplined Hillcats defense. The visitors' defensive shape held firm early, frustrating Rogers State's attacking movements and forcing the home side to remain patient.

Rogers State broke through in the 73rd minute when Brandon O'Rourke converted, assisted by Artur Carvalho, finally rewarding the Hillcats' sustained pressure. The goal opened the floodgates for the home team's offensive onslaught. Noah Preston-Watkins added the second goal moments later in the 74th minute with help from Oliver Hemlin and Tom Dixon, extending Rogers State's advantage.

Ashton Medina extended the lead to 3-0 in the 73rd minute, assisted by Alex Laing, as Southern Nazarene's defensive structure completely unraveled. The Crimson Storm, now winless in their last two outings, offered minimal resistance as Rogers State's attacking players found space with increasing ease. Oliver Hemlin sealed the rout in the 79th minute, assisted by Louis Bassett and Harkaran Sahota, capping a devastating second-half display.
