Marianna Carpenter's 43rd-minute strike gave the visiting Silverswords an early advantage, but Kaylin Gonzalez equalized for the hosts in the 51st minute, leaving both teams searching for their first win of the week.
The match remained scoreless through the opening 40 minutes despite several chances for each side.
