DELAWARE — Georgian Court extended its winning streak to two games with a 3-1 victory over Goldey-Beacom on Wednesday. The Lions controlled the second half after a scoreless first 45 minutes, breaking through with three goals to secure the road win and improve to 5-6-3 overall.
The opening half featured limited scoring chances despite sustained pressure from both sides. Ayendi Batista made three saves for Georgian Court, while Jamel Yasin recorded four stops for the hosts. Neither team could convert early opportunities, with Matt Porto testing Batista twice in the first 10 minutes before the match settled into a defensive stalemate.
