OLYMPIA, Wash. — College of Idaho dominated Evergreen (WA) 4-1 on Friday, October 31st, with four goals scored before halftime. The Vandals' attacking prowess overwhelmed the home team, which managed only a late consolation goal in the second half.
Natasja Davis opened scoring in the 6th minute, assisted by Gianna Yslava. Campbell Reed doubled the lead in the 37th minute off a feed from Alondra Osuna. Madison Little extended the advantage to 3-0 in the 40th minute. Eden Makaafi converted a penalty kick in the 46th minute to reach 4-0 before halftime.
Madeline Dorendorf scored Evergreen's only goal in the 56th minute, assisted by Angela Celedon, cutting the deficit to 4-1. The hosts could not generate further offensive momentum despite multiple second-half substitutions.
College of Idaho dominated possession and created numerous scoring opportunities throughout the match. Goalkeeper Katie Gresham made multiple saves to limit the damage, but the Vandals' relentless pressure proved too much to contain.
